We fully guarantee that your service will never be interrupted or compromised with your spa technician using her cell phone. We ask you to please refrain from texting or answering your phone while being personally serviced. cell phones must be silenced for all waxing, massage, facials, hair-color, and shampooing services. We cannot be held responsible for damages to phones that occur while receiving service.. wet nail polish, gel, acrylic or glue will damage your phone if you risk using it. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your chemical hair service if you answer your phone during any application or processing procedures. Unfortunately we have witnessed the disapointment, damages and compromised service that has occurred when using cell phones while being personally serviced. Our genuine concern is to prevent such misfortunes.

Our gift cards are a great personalized gift idea. They are special wrapped to match any occassion.The cards do not expire. Services, special offers, and spa packages are subject to change throughout the calendar year. Gift Cards can be redeemed for retail products as well as services. They are bar coded, balances are recorded and can be conveniently checked by phone.

we sincerely appreciate and respect your thoughtfulness and generosity when offering gratuity. Unfortunately due to excessive merchant fees and other accounting issues, we can no longer accept gratuity on Debit/Credit Cards or Checks. We appreciate your understanding.

We will be the first to admit that we genuinely love, adore and welcome little babies and toddlers. However, if they cannot be supervised by another adult your spa service could potentially be compromised as we cannot guarantee our full professional attention. At this time we do apologize for not offering formal babysitting services.
spa party policies
- We require a minimum of six guests who will all be receiving at least two Spa services of their choice.
- Guests are welcome to bring their choice of snacks, beverages, cakes and a fun attitude!
-We require a non-refundable $40.00 Spa Rental Fee upon scheduling in order to secure your private appointment.
-For your convenience, Gratuity will be included in check-out transactions.
